1. The Local Government Unit of Vincenzo Sagun through the 20% Economic Development Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of Five Million Pesos (Php 5, 000, 000.00) for the CONSTRUCTION OF CANTILEVER RETAINING WALL WITH CONCRETE PAVEMENT ALONG COMMERCIAL BUILDING with identification number VS-2026-PB-014 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Vincenzo Sagun now invites bids for CONSTRUCTION OF CANTILEVER RETAINING WALL WITH CONCRETE PAVEMENT ALONG COMMERCIAL BUILDING located at Brgy.
