1. Barangay Tuburan through 20% budget fund, intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 200, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the Construction of Canopy for Covered Court for Barangay Tuburan, Bontoc, Southern Leyte. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
