1. The Municipal Government of Baler, through its 20% Development Fund 2024, intends to apply the sum of THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (PhP 300, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF CANOPY, BALER CENTRAL TERMINAL, BRGY. SUKLAYIN, BALER, AURORA (MGB-2024-0017). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipal Government of Baler now invites bids for the CONSTRUCTION OF CANOPY, BALER CENTRAL TERMINAL, BRGY. SUKLAYIN, BALER, AURORA. Completion of the Works required is SIXTY (60) CALENDAR DAYS. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
