1. The NIA-QUEZON IRRIGATION MANAGEMENT OFFICE through the GAA CY 2023 intends to apply the sum of FOUR MILLION TWO HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED FORTY-TWO PESOS & 81/100 (P 4, 250, 742.81) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Canal Structures at Main Canal, Package 6 of Macalelon Small Reservoir Irrigation Project located in Macalelon, Quezon with Project Identification No. 4AQ-LPM-23-038. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The NIA-QUEZON IRRIGATION MANAGEMENT OFFICE now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 120 calendar days.
