Description : Prospective bidders should possess a valid PCAB license applicable to the contract, have completed a similar contract with a value of at least 50% of the ABC. The BAC will conduct post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid.
Bid Documents are available during office hours starting August 5, 2026, at the BAC-Secretariat, Masablang Barangay Hall and upon payment of a non-refundable amount for bid documents as shown above to the BLGU Treasurer, Masablang.
All sealed bid proposals should be received by the BAC Chairman/Secretariat on or before August 14, 2026, Friday, 10:00 AM at BAC Meeting Room, Masablang Barangay Hall, Masablang, Tabuk City, Kalinga.
