1. The Barangay Local Government of Gundaway through the SPECIAL PURPOSE APPROPRIATION FUND, SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET NO. 2, FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED FORTY NINE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED TWENTY THREE PESOS & 52/100 (249, 923.82) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract CONSTRUCTION OF CANAL LINING, PUROK 2, GUNDAWAY, CABARROGUIS, QUIRINO and Project Identification Number BLGU-GYCQ-IP-2026-06. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay Local Government of Gundaway now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required TWENTY ONE (21) CALENDAR DAYS.
