Description : Invitation to Bid for CONSTRUCTION OF CANAL LINING @ EDEN, CABARROGUIS, QUIRINO

1. The Barangay Local Government of Eden through the 20% BDF 2023 intends to apply the sum of SIXTY NINE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED FIFTY TWO PESOS & 58/100 (69, 952.58.58) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract CONSTRUCTION OF CANAL LINING @ EDEN, CABARROGUIS, QUIRINO and Project Identification Number BLGU-ECQ-IP-2024-0003. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Barangay Local Government of Eden now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required SEVEN (7) CALENDAR DAYS. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
