Description : Invitation to Bid

The Brgy. Panungyan II, Mendez-Nuñez, Cavite, through the 20% Development Fund of 2024 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Thousand Pesos only (P200, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the CONSTRUCTION OF CANAL LINING . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding under the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (RIRR) of RA 9184, otherwise known as the Government Procurement Reform Act, using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria as specified in the IRR-A of RA 9184. The prospective bidder must have an experience of having completed a single contract that is similar to the contract to be bid and whose value must be at least fifty percent (50%) of the Approved Budget for the Contract. Only Bids from Bidders who pass the eligibility check will be opened.
