1. The Local Government of San Luis, Batangas through the 20% Development Fund CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos (P800, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for POW-M-26-021-B- Supply of Labor and Material for the Construction of Canal, Dulangan, San Luis, Batangas. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government of San Luis, Batangas now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within Twenty Five (25) Calendars Days from the receipt of Notice of Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
