Description : 1) The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office- MIMAROPA (DA-RFO-MIMAROPA) through the FY2026 General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of Three Million Nine Hundred Sixty Thousand Pesos (Php3, 960, 000.00) representing the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Calamansi Processing Facility in Oriental Mindoro. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The DA-RFO-MIMAROPA now invites bids for the above procurement project using the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid (LCRB) award criterion. Completion of works is required in one hundred twenty (120) calendar days Brgy. Pinagsabangan I, Naujan, Oriental Mindoro. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
