1. The City Government of Cagayan de Oro, through the Continuing Appropriation CY 2023, Non Office: Economic Services Sector - Infrastructure Programs and Projects - Construction of Bank Protection Structure intends to apply the sum of Nine Million Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Nine and 43/100 (PhP9, 999, 999.43) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Calaanan Creek Bank Protection Structure (Phase 6), Canitoan; SN 152a - 2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
