Construction of Cafeteria Building
under PR NO. 25-11-0881
1) The Jose Rizal Memorial State University-Main Campus, through the Special Trust Fund F.Y. 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Nine Hundred Eighty Thousand Pesos Only (₱1, 980, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Cafeteria Building. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Jose Rizal Memorial State University-Main Campus now invites bids for the Construction of Cafeteria Building. Completion of the Works is required 210 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
