Description of the subject of the order. The scope of the study includes the construction of a bypass around eastern side of the city Namysłowa on the section from the intersection of provincial road No. 451 to intersection with national road No. 39 in the town of Namysłów. Designed bypass Namysłowa will be located in the north-western part of the voivodeship Opole in the areas Namysłów commune in the following towns: Namysłów, Smarchowice Wielkie. The beginning of the bypass begins at the intersection with provincial road No. 454, and ends at the intersection with national road No. 39.
