1. The City Government of Borongan, through the City Development Program Fund, Annual Budget 2024, intends to apply the sum of One Million Nine Hundred Ninety Eight Thousand Eight Hundred Thirty Six Pesos and Thirty Centavos only (Php1, 998, 836.30) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Bus Stop for the Libre Sakay Program (Phase 3), Brgy. Camada, Borongan City, Eastern Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
