1. The PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF SAMAR, through the GENERAL FUND - Provincial Engineering Office, intends to apply the sum of TWENTY-SIx MILLION SIx HUNDRED SEVEN THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED SEVENTY PESOS AND 40/100 ONLY (P 26, 607, 370.40) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF BUREAU OF JAIL MANAGEMENT AND PENOLOGY BUILDING PHASE I (Brgy. Lagundi. Catbalogan City, Samar) - ID No. JUN06-2023-068. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Samar now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Two Hundred Eighty (280) calendar days.
