Tenders are invited for Construction of Buildings and Structures in the Gurtly Residential Complex in Ashgabat City.

1. By order of the Hakimlik of the city of Ashgabat:

· TYPE 1-1 - four 4-storey 68-apartment and two 4-storey 40-apartment residential buildings;

· TYPE 1-2 - four 4-storey 68-apartment and two 4-storey 40-apartment residential buildings;

· TYPE 1-3 - four 4-storey 68-apartment and two 4-storey 40-apartment residential buildings;

· TYPE 1-4 - four 4-storey 68-apartment and two 4-storey 40-apartment residential buildings;

· TYPE 2-1 - four 4-storey residential buildings with 40 apartments;

· TYPE 2-2 - four 4-storey residential buildings with 40 apartments;

· TYPE 2-3 - four 4-storey residential buildings with 40 apartments;

· TYPE 3 - six 4-storey residential buildings with 40 apartments;

· TYPE 4 - four 4-storey residential buildings with 40 apartments;

· Secondary school for 720 places

· Kindergarten for 320 children

· A park

· Internal roads of the residential complex

· External and internal supply networks of drinking water and sewerage.

2. By order of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan:

· Shopping and entertainment center;

· TYPE 1-1 - one 2-storey trade and service building;

· TYPE 1-2 - one 2-storey trade and service building;

· TYPE 1-3 - one 2-storey trade and service building;

· TYPE 1-4 - one 2-storey trade and service building;
