The order concerns the construction of a building for social and cultural purposes for the needs of the residents of the Bialski District in the design and build formula. The implementation of the project will allow for the creation of a modern infrastructure adapted to the needs of users and customers (inhabitants of the Biała district)ensuring a high level of services provided. The building will be adapted to the needs of people with disabilities, it will be fully accessible and functional. The location of the planned building is plot no. 2260/6 located in Biała Podlaska precinct 1, at Brzeska 41 Street.The site of the planned investment includes an above-ground parking lot with accompanying infrastructure, a green area and an unused fuel depot.
