The subject of the order is the expansion, reconstruction, superstructure and renovation of the building of the Primary School in Gakowo Duym. STAGE 1. The scope of work to be carried out includes the following works: 1) expansion of the building with a common room and a multi-purpose room above the common room from north-eastern side, 2) multi-disciplinary renovation of the entire building regarding the adaptation of the building to the fire protection regulations, enabling obtaining an occupancy permit (except for the sports hall building), 3) renovation and replacement of floors in the part that does not meet the requirements fire protection, 4) execution of construction works consisting in connection to the external sewage network, 5) liquidation of the existing underground sewage infrastructure (inactive septic tank in the zone of the planned community center), 6) reconstruction of the existing installation hydrant, 7) construction of an evacuation and emergency lighting system for the entire building, 8) construction of a lightning protection and grounding system in the part of the extension to the common room room.
