1) The Provincial Local Government Unit of Nueva Vizcaya (PLGU-Nueva Vizcaya), through the 2026 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Two Million Eight Hundred Forty Three Thousand Six Hundred Thirty Six Pesos and Forty Nine Centavos (₱2, 843, 636.49) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Bua CIS located at Bua, Kasibu, Nueva Vizcaya. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
