Tender Details

1. Name of the order: Construction of a bridge at ul. Kociuszki in Kluczbork2. The subject of the order includes the construction of a bridge at ul. Kociuszki in Kluczbork. The detailed scope of works and the method of their execution are specified in the design documentation and bill of quantities technical specification for the execution and acceptance of construction works, developed for the purposes of this order and constituting Annex No. 7 to this Specification.3. Required by the Ordering Party min. warranty period 3 years. Offer of the Contractor who will propose warranty period shorter than 3 years will be rejected as inconsistent with the SWZ. 4. If the Contractor does not offer any warranty period in the Offer Form (i.e. leaves the declaration regarding the offered warranty period for the entire subject of the order blank), then will receive 0 (zero) points in the Warranty period criterion, and the Ordering Party accepts and the Contractor offers a 3-year warranty for the completed subject of the order, counting from the date of final acceptance.5.
