Description : 1) The LGU-Mariveles, through the Budget of the Contract Approved by the Sanggunian of 2026 intends to apply the sum of Three Million, Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php3, 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Bridge at Sitio Pinagpala Brgy. Mt. View Mariveles, Bataan. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The LGU-Mariveles now invites bids for Construction of Bridge at Sitio Pinagpala Brgy. Mt. View Mariveles, Bataan. Completion of the Works is required within 45 calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
