1) The BLGU Brgy. 5, GIPORLOS, Eastern Samar, through the 20% Barangay EDF Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Eighty-Six Thousand Five Hundred Thirty-Seven Pesos & 81/100 (Php386, 537.81) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Brgy Water System Level 2 (Continuation) under Contract No. INFRA 2026-05-001. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
