Description : 1. The Brgy. Mongol-Bongol, Daram, Samar, through the 20% Development Fund-2026 intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Eighty Thousand & Sixty Pesos only (P480, 060.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Rehabilitation of Brgy Road (Purok 1, 2&3), Brgy. Momgol-Bongol, Daram, Samar, INFRA 2026-04. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Brgy. Mongol-Bongol, Daram, Samar now invites bids for Rehabilitation of Brgy Road (Purok 1, 2&3), Brgy. Mongol-Bongol, Daram, Samar. Completion of the Works is required within 120 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
