Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the
CONSTRUCTION OF BRGY. ISIT, DOLORES, ABRA WEAVING FACILITY with
Contract ID PGA-PEO2026EDF(CO-OIP)-CW02. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
