Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF BOX CULVERT (TIGUIS)
1) The LGU-LILA, BOHOL, through the 20% DEVELOPMENT FUND FOR CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Nine hundred ninety thousand pesos only (P 990, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the CONSTRUCTION OF BOX CULVERT (TIGUIS). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The LGU-LILA, BOHOL, now invites bids for CONSTRUCTION OF BOX CULVERT (TIGUIS). Completion of the Works is required 65 days. Bidders should have completed, within 65 days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non- discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
