1. The Sangguniang Barangay of Barangay BAAS, Hilongos, Leyte, through the 20% NTA intends to apply the sum of SEVENTY THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED PESOS (Php 70, 400.00) being the approved budget for the contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF MATERIALS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF BOX CULVERT IN SITIO CANLUNGKOB AND SITIO MASAGAY
. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected the bid opening.
2. The Sangguniang Barangay of Barangay Baas, now invites bids for the PROCUREMENT OF MATERIALS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF BOX CULVERT IN SITIO CANLUNGKOB AND SITIO MASAGAY.
