1) The MUNICIPALITY OF PINAMUNGAJAN, CEBU, through the GENERAL FUND - CONTINUING APPROPRIATION intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION ONE HUNDRED NINETY-NINE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED FORTY-EIGHT PESOS AND 13/100 (PHP 1, 199, 948.13) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the CONSTRUCTION OF BOX CULVERT AT PUROK BOMBIL, BRGY. DUANGAN, PINAMUNGAJAN, CEBU (INFRA 2602-010-Rebid). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Pinamungajan, Cebu now invites bids for the abovementioned Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 60 CALENDAR DAYS. Bidders should have completed, within the last five (5) years prior the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
