1. The Provincial Government of Romblon, through the ADP CY 2026 AIP Ref. Code 8000-1-01-031-0063 Fund intends to apply the sum of Php2, 994, 258.75 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Box Culvert at Hacienda, Sta. Fe, Romblon/PGR-INFRA-2026-28. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Romblon now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 87 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3. Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”....
