1) The Municipality of Pontevedra, Negros Occidental, through the 2026 Supp. Budget intends to apply the sum of One Million Twenty Four Thousand One Hundred Ninety Two Pesos (₱ 1, 024, 192.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Box Culvert and Flood Control at Various Brgy (Brgy. Pandan) Bids received in excess of the BAC shall be automatically rejected bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Pontevedra now invites bids for the Construction of Box Culvert and Flood Control at Various Brgy (Brgy. Pandan) using the non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion. Delivery of the civil works is required 90 working days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.
