Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderer in the construction works as prime contractors or sub-contractor or management contractor shall be 5 (five) years. Year counting backward from the publication of IFT in e-GP portal.2. The minimum specific experience as a prime contractor or sub-contractor or management contractor in construction works of at least one contract of similar nature of RCC frame structure building including civil, internal sanitary & water supply, internal electrification works, STP and LPG works with a value at least Tk. 7.50 (Seven point five Zero) crores in a single contract in Government/Semi-Government /Autonomous Organization successfully completed within the last 5 years. Year counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP portal. 3. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 4.00 (four point zero) crores.4. The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk. 15.00 (fifteen point zero zero) crores over the last 5 years or best 5 years in the last 10 years. 5.
