Description : 1. The LGU-Island Garden City of Samal, through the 20% Dev-t Fund intends to apply the sum of Two Million Twenty Thousand Three Hundred Thirteen Pesos and Forty Centavos Only (Php2, 020, 313.40) being the ABC to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF BONE NICHES- PAHULAYAN- SAN MIGUEL UNDER PR NO. 2026-02-2404 Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The LGU-Island Garden City of Samal, through the 20% Dev-t Fund intends to apply the sum of Two Million Twenty Thousand Three Hundred Thirteen Pesos and Forty Centavos Only (Php2, 020, 313.40) being the ABC to payments under the contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The LGU-Island Garden City of Samal now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 190 Calendar Days.
