The subject of the order is the construction of a boiler room building for the school building in Lubrza at ul. Szkolna 22, plot no. 547/2. The building in question will be used as a boiler room for heating the school. Designed building with two rooms: in one there will be a 100 kW pellet boiler with associated equipment described in detail on the ground floor plan, pellets will be stored in the second room. The boiler will power the school's existing central heating installation. The building is a detached building, no basement, single-story. The building will be covered with a reinforced concrete roof, gable, and with a 4-degree inclination. The building's plaster is white, the roof is covered with NRO Styrofoam. 25cm in black. The designed building follows the form and appearance to the landscape and surrounding, existing buildings. The building will be equipped with internal installations: a) water supply, b) sewage, c) electricity, d) central heating, e) ventilation.
