Construction of block S as part of the task: "Construction and equipment of hospital infrastructure in the Voivodeship Specialist Hospital named after Stefan Cardinal Wyszyński SPZOZ in Lublin in the event of a crisis or armed conflict
1) The subject of the order is the construction of block S as part of the task: "Construction and equipment of hospital infrastructure in the Stefan Provincial Specialist Hospital Cardinal Wyszyński SPZOZ in Lublin in the event of a crisis or armed conflict
The Ordering Party informs that the public procurement procedure in question is conducted under the "design and build" formula.
2) Under this order, the Contractor is obliged to: implementation of the subject of the order in accordance with the principle of "do no significant harm to the environment" (DNSH) resulting from Article 17 of Regulation (EU) 2020/852 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18 June 2020 on establishing a framework facilitating sustainable investments and the document "Guidelines for beneficiaries on the application of the DNSH principle in projects financed from EU funds - in accordance with Annex No. 1 to the contract - Contractor's Declaration regarding the DNSH principle.
