1)The Municipal Government of Delfin Albano, Isabela, through the Supplemental Budget #1 C.Y. 2026 OM-CO intends to apply the sum of Seven hundred Thousand Pesos (P 700, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 15-2026-INFRA Construction of Bleachers with Roofing at Brgy. San Roque. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2)The Municipal Government of Delfin Albano, Isabela now invites bids for Construction of Bleachers with Roofing at Brgy. San Roque. Completion of the Works is required Ninety (90) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
