Invitation to Bid for Invitation to Bid for CONSTRUCTION OF BLEACHERS, FABRICATION OF STEEL GATE AND MATTING FENCE FOR BRGY. GYMNASIUM
1. The Local Government Unit of Hilongos Barangay Western, through the Municipal Aid and 20% NTA 2025 intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱400, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF BLEACHERS, FABRICATION OF STEEL GATE AND MATTING FENCE FOR BRGY. GYMNASIUM and WESTERN 2026-02 Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay Local Government Unit of Barangay Western now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 30 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
