1. The Barangay Bigaan San Teodoro intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Eighty Two Thousand One Hundred Twenty Seven Pesos Only (₱ 382, 127.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) from 20% DF of Barangay Bigaan San Teodoro, to payments under the contract for the Construction of Bleachers. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay Bigaan San Teodoro now invites to bid of Materials for Construction of Bleachers. Delivery is required within thirty (30) days upon receipt of award. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Instructions to Bidders.
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
