1. The Municipality of Baco through the 20% Development Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of Seven hundred thousand pesos only (700, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Construction of Bldg. for Rotary Bio Composter & Shredder Machine (Phase 2)”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically be rejected at the bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Baco now invite bids for the “Construction of Bldg. for Rotary Bio Composter & Shredder Machine (Phase 2)”. Completion of the Works is requires forty five (45) calendars days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed and submitted of bid of similar projects within two (2) years.
