The subject of the order is: Construction of bituminous overlays in the Dobre commune. The scope of work includes the renovation of municipal roads in the city and the Dobre commune in the towns of Osczyzna, Rbierz Kolonia, Rynia, Grabniak, Czarnocin, Gboczyca, Gboczyca, Modecin, Makwiec May, Radoszyna, Dobre commune. The ordering party envisages renovations in the following order in individual towns: 1. Osczyzna, 2. Rbierz Kolonia, 3. Rynia, 4. Grabniak, 5. Czarnocin, 6. Gboczyca, 7. Gboczyca, 8. Modecin, 9. Makwiec May, 10. Radoszyna The Ordering Party envisages the execution of the order in such a way that, as part of the basic order, renovation of roads in the locations specified in section will be commissioned. 1-6. Under the option right, the Ordering Party provides for the possibility of also commissioning road renovations specified in section 7-10 in any combination (none, some or all). The same contractual provisions that apply to the basic order will apply to renovations performed under the option right. The Ordering Party will inform the selected Contractor of the use (or waiver) of the option right within three weeks from the date of conclusion of the contract.
