Invitation to Bid for the

CONSTRUCTION OF BIRTHING FACILITY

Purok Lower Uno, Adams, Ilocos Norte

1. The Municipal Government of Adams, through the DOH-HFEP- 2, 000, 000.00 / LGU COUNTERPART- Php 500, 000.00 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Four Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Five Hundred Sixty-Six pesos and 84 /100 (Php 2, 499, 566.84) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF BIRTHING FACILITY, Purok Lower Uno, Adams, Ilocos Norte and Project Identification No. INFRA-DOH-LGU - 2024 -01. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Adams now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 35 calendar days.
