Construction of the Biotechnology and Biodiversity Center building 1) The subject of the order is the performance of construction works necessary for the construction and commissioning of the facility provided for in the Agreement (together with obtaining the final decision on the occupancy permit facility) entitled: Construction of the Biotechnology and Biodiversity Center building together with the development of the adjacent area, reconstruction of the network and delivery and installation of devices and equipment as part of the investment task entitled: "Construction of the Biotechnology Center building and Biodiversity", hereinafter also referred to as the "CBB building". 2) Basic characteristic data of the facility: a) Number of floors: 7 (including 6 above ground and one underground), b) Building height: 24.90 m (28.70 m including the technical superstructure), c) Building area: 4, 834.65 m2, d) Total internal area: 24, 242.00 m2, e) Total area of the building: 28, 392.30 m2, f) Volume: 111, 672.60 m3. 3) 1) A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the design documentation for which consists of: construction design (architectural and construction design, land development design, technical designs), executive designs for individual industries, as well as technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works from taking into account decision number RBDEC-0103/2025 of the Mayor of Katowice of March 7, 2025 granting permission for the demolition of the building of the former university canteen together with the accompanying infrastructure, in accordance with...
