1. The Local Government of Malalag, through DA Livestock Program FY 2023 intends to apply the sum of Three Million One Hundred Forty Pesos (Php 3, 140, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the “Construction of Biosecured Swine Facility (Finisher Type) at Barangay Tagansule, Malalag Davao del Sur”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government of Malalag now invites bids for the Construction of Biosecured Swine Facility (Finisher Type) at Barangay Tagansule, Malalag Davao del Sur Completion of the Works is required within Ninety (90) Calendar Days (Including 10 Unworkable Days).
