SUBJECT OF THE ORDER

The subject of the order is the implementation of works consisting in the construction of a sludge and biogas management node at the Łęgi sewage treatment plant, as part of Stage II of the expansion of the Łęgi sewage treatment plant in Zakopane, in accordance with the Design Documentation held by the Ordering Partyand Decision No. 282/2022 of July 25, 2022, Decision No. 261/2022 of July 12, 2022. approving the construction design and granting a building permit and the demolition notification of November 17, 2021

SUBJECT OF THE INVESTMENT

IN Zakopane at ul. Kasprowicza 35, 34-500 Zakopane are located - forpractically speaking - two separate sewage treatment plants with their own names 'Łęgi' and 'Spyrkowka'. The Łęgi sewage treatment plant is located on the left bank of the Cicha Woda river, and the Spyrkowka treatment plant on the opposite side, on the right bank of this river, which is the recipient of sewage treated from obstructions....
