1. The subject of the order is the construction of a bicycle path, a sidewalk, cutting down trees and bushes, plantings, horizontal and vertical markings, street lighting along with laying cables, securing T-Mobile and Orange telecommunications networks.2. Detailed description of the item the order, the method of order execution and the conditions of order execution are specified in the annexes to the SWZ and the design documentation constituting Annex No. 1 to this SWZ3. The bill of quantities is an auxiliary element for the Contractor due to: lump sum remuneration which does not constitute the basis for settlements between the Ordering Party and the Contractor.4. The Ordering Party requires the following guarantees: 1) Warranty for construction works performed and accepted by the Ordering Party, delivered materials and installed devices covered by the order and maintenance of road greenery in accordance with the Contractor's Offer. Warranty for construction works performed and accepted by the Ordering Party, materials delivered and devices used, as well as maintenance of road greenery, which are covered by the order is the Criterion for evaluating offers in accordance with Chapter XVII.
