Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the execution of tasks in the design and build system under the name: Construction of a bicycle path with tourist infrastructure of approx. 8 km along the route of the former Legnica-Prochowice railway line, running through the towns Szczytniki nad Kaczaw, Bieniowice, Ptnw Legnicki. Consisting in the development of complete design documentation along with obtaining a building permit or no objection regarding the intention to carry out construction works that do not require building permits along with the performance of construction works based on this documentation for the location indicated in the task. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is the description of the subject of the order (annex no. 11 to the SWZ), Functional and Utility Program (annex no. 12 to SWZ) and a map for design purposes (Appendix No. 13 to SWZ).
