The subject of the order is the construction of the Krusza Duchowna Janikowo bicycle path, stage I, on the Krusza Zamkowa Ludzisko section, approximately 4.6 km long along district road No. 2558C (kilometers from km 4+490 to km 9+120), co-financed by the European Development Fund Regional under the European Funds for Kujawy and Pomerania 2021-2027 program, Priority 3. European funds for sustainable urban transport, Measure 3.3 Development and improvement of urban and suburban mobility OPPT. The beneficiary of the project is the County Inowrocawski.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the design documentation and technical specification for the execution and acceptance of the works constituting an annex to the SWZ.
