1. The subject of the order are construction works consisting in the construction of a bicycle path in Białystok along ul. Hetmańska on the section from street priest Jerzy Popiełuszko to ul. Marczukowska. 2. The scope of the order includes: 1) construction of a bicycle path, 2) construction pedestrian and bicycle paths, 3) construction of a pedestrian road, 4) construction of parts of the road in Hetmańska and Marczukowska streets, 5) earthworks and demolition, 6) construction of an LV power cable network for road lighting, 7) construction of sewage systems telecommunications, 8) construction of traffic lights, 9) construction of gas network sections, 10) protection of power cables according to the electrical industry, 11) adjustment of fittings on existing infrastructure, 12) cutting down trees and planting replacement trees - in accordance with by decision of the Marshal of the Podlaskie Voivodeship, reference number: DOOŚ. 42.264.2025 of December 4, 2025, 13) demolition and relocation of the bus shelter, 14) vertical and horizontal markings, 15) placing 2 single-sided information and commemorative boards.
