Description of the subject of the order a) The subject of the order is construction work consisting in the construction of a bicycle path along the southern side of Al. Peace. b) The Ordering Party described the Subject of the order using the following attachments: - Draft provisions agreement (PPU), constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, - Technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works (STWiORB) constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ, - Design documentation constituting Annex No. 7 to the SWZ, - Bills of quantities of works constituting Annex No. 8 to the SWZ. c) Temporary organization of road traffic - details of item No. 60 of the bill of quantities for road works This item should include the costs of two information boards on co-financing of the project from EU funds within the framework European Funds for Małopolska program included in the PPU.
