Construction of a bicycle path along district road No. 4630 P on the Chełmce-Porwity section, including the construction of a P&R and B&R point 1. The subject of the order is the implementation of a task in the "design" formula and build”, including the preparation of complete documentation design regarding the construction of a bicycle path along with the construction of a P&R and B&R point and the necessary complementary infrastructure, on the basis of which it will be possible to implement the investment both in formal, legal and technical terms and to perform the works in accordance with this design documentation. 2. The scope of the order includes in particular the preparation of design documentation along with obtaining a ZRID decision for and on behalf of the Ordering Party and the construction of a bicycle path along the district road no. 4630 P on the Chełmce-Porwity section, including the construction of a P&R and B&R point and the necessary complementary infrastructure. 3. The detailed scope of the order is specified in: Annex No. 1 to the SWZ (Functional and Utility Program) and Annex No. 9 (Important provisions contracts). In the event of discrepancies in the provisions of the above documents, the provisions indicated in the Essential Provisions of the Agreement shall prevail. 4. The contractor will provide at least a 5-year warranty for defects on the completed subject of the order, counting from the date of receipt final.
