1. The National Irrigation Administration (NIA) - Negros Occidental Irrigation Management Office, through the GAA-RESTO(NIS) CY 2026, intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED SEVENTY-FOUR THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED FIFTY-NINE PESOS & 94/100 (P 2, 774, 159.94) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Bench Flume and Canal Structures at Lateral J-1 and Sub-MC 2 of Bago RIS with Contract Reference No.: NIA-NOIMO-CW-BAGORIS-RESTO (NIS) 04-2026. Bids received in excess of the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) shall be automatically rejected at the Bid Opening.
