1) The City Government of Butuan, through the Office of the City Mayor-Special Purpose Appropriations-Support to Police Operations under City ordinance No. 7176-2024 (Continuing Appropriations) intends to apply the sum of Fourteen Million Seven Hundred Sixty Four Thousand One Hundred Eighty Six Pesos and 83/100 (Php 14, 764, 186.83) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of BCPS 7 Sub-Station at Barangay Dulag, Butuan City. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The City Government of Butuan now invites bids for the project entitled Construction of BCPS 7 Sub-Station at Barangay Dulag, Butuan City.
